i don’t break store policies to “make the moment right” if it causes a safety issue. warming items with icing present a safety issue, so i don’t do it and if the customer starts with me then i tell them that and won’t do it.

Some person wanted two ofd warmed up on christmas and my sm was there but i really dgaf so i warmed it up on cookie so my store would burn down before my sm left us

Tell them it is not recommended and that it will cause damage to the oven! Any pastry with icing can cause the oven to smoke and having a funny smell!

I hate when people want things warmed up that have icing. I would probably warm it under cookie?
