Every new year you should get a raise no matter your position but (at least in my district) the shifts pay are all going to be balanced like they are all getting the same no matter your past time with starbucks so a shift that has been one for a month will get the same as another who has been for 2 years. Barista positions are just getting bs raises like always i dont think anything weird is happening with that come the new year

Generally every year everyone gets a raise 3% if you’ve been with the company for less than than (i think) 3 years and 4% if you’ve been here longer.the time people don’t get this raise is if their local minimum wage is going up. I can’t tell you if the shifts where you are are actually getting raises or not but honestly even I’m not a shift and I think they don’t get paid enough so 🤷🏼‍♂️
