Hey guys, hoping you can help - 2 of my 4 urns have a steady drip every 4 seconds or so, and I have to put mugs under each to catch all the coffee that drips - it adds up. Any idea how to solve this problem?

Most likely the spigots need to be cleaned, and the seat cups cleaned or replaced. This is supposed to be done every week on clean plays, but there's often no time, or people never got taught how to do it. In partnerhub, look up cleaning for the urns and you'll find a pdf that shows you how to do it.

Adding on, seat cups should be replaced monthly. I agree, it sounds like that's the most likely culprit.
