Yes, they do. You have to work 20 hours or more per week to be eligible.

i currently have it! all three actually : dental, health and vision! i pay around 80 a paycheck which is actually pretty decent

And we also have no hours to properly train our baristas bar so new hires are pushed on warming and 6 months in they still can't bar :)))
