Hi, I quit from Starbucks in July of 2019 so around 5 months ago but am not being required by the state to submit a document of proof from Starbucks that I no longer work there to get my insurance.
Starbucks never sent me a letter of termination and left on bad terms with my manager (we had a yelling match about her constantly down talking to me and also scheduling me for days I had school, which ended up cutting my hours to around only 10 a week) so I only want to go to the store as a last resort.
Is there any starbucks corporate location I can contact that could send me the termination letter?

It should have been mailed to you, if you didn't get it, call PCC they should have it available to mailout again.

Email the district manager. Ask them to be a liaison for you.
