I love that and I love when you make a drink that always comes with whip on it and they say "I didn't ask for whipped cream" ITS STARBUCKS! LAND OF SUGAR OF COURSE IT COMES WITH WHIP YOU ABSOLUTE SIMPLETON!

I just started as a barista and I don’t even add whip anymore to people’s drink unless it says on the cup nor do I make people’s drinks in the open I always hide behind the mastrena

When I’m on bar I almost always ask to double check and when I’m cashiering I will ask and manually type in “Add whip”

Even easier would be to ring it up the right way and make it the right way. If it comes with whip and doesn’t say “no whip” add it. It’s that simple. It’s so disappointing that so many stores don’t follow the standard.

We have a regular that will rap her knuckles on the drive thru window if she thinks you’re not putting enough ice in her “special drink”. It’s been twice that I’ve had to tell her I wasn’t making her drink 🙄

Ugh yuck. If your drink needs special instructions that can’t be communicated through the ticket then you need to start making your own drinks at home imo.
