Anyone remember how many call outs it is within a 30 day period before you get in trouble? I've literally had the shittiest holiday season and have had to deal with a lot of personal issues and my manager just let me know today we'd have to talk about attendance.

It's up to your SM. I theory your SM could do a corrective action or termination after one call out. but ask around your store to get a feeling for how strict they are there.
