I just found his subreddit and I love it!!
I’m not from USA, but I have the same feeling with all the memes you do about this company.

Personally, I started motivated as barista but it got down because of personal life and because the company doesn’t REALLY care about employees (somethings I don’t like: for Christmas they didn’t even gave us a good “Christmas box”, salary is very poor or they don’t even give you food of course; I don’t like very much the lie about “we’re a family” everyone knows that’s a manipulative thing to serve them). BUT I found a lot of good persons at my store as everyone here and I appreciate it (Mental health support of SM or boss when I needed, time to cry in the back if I needed, they gave me a job when I needed it the most, etc.).

Don’t get me wrong. I want to just spreading love to you all ❤️ and the support of all partners here. I want and I will leave Starbucks soon, because I’m already graduate and I’ve another projects to do in life. I hope everyone here spread wings in the area you guys wants to go. Don’t give up💞
