I'm sorry. Makes me super sad. You can usually ask for help and get it at my store. I wouldn't work at this insane place if it weren't for the supportive environment. So bummed that places are like this.

Expediting the line may get just transactions and sales up in the short-run, but leaving a long wait for drinks at the bar will absolutely tank sales at your store in the long-run. Consider how many businesses you’ve never gone back to, simply because the service took too long.
