I thought I would live my life without running into the devil. Then I met the mocha cookie crumble. Imagine selling a smaller Java chip frap for more money and longer construction time. I don’t think I can make any more.

Caramel Ribbons and Cookie Crumbles were added to the core menu, I’m surprised you’ve been out for so long! I won’t lie, I’m one of the weird ones that really likes making these. It’s an aesthetic thing I guess lol I just love making them look nice AF

Wait really? I'm so confused as to why we've been told that it's limited. But hey, I'm not complaining. Sure, I miss the dark caramel, but I don't miss making that dang frap!

Yeah. I finally sucked it up and asked one of my shifts why. You wanna know the answer? My store manager just refuses to order it. Like wtf 😂

we were “out” (aka our sm just didn’t order the toppings) since like october, but now our dm is cracking down on availability and stuff so now we have to offer it 🙃🙃

Also if I can ask, where are you located? And do you still have the caramel ribbon crunch? Because I'm in the US my store has been out of dark caramel for almost 5 months now. I thought we were done with that drink until people started trying to order it again.

I work in NJ. We still have the CRC and technically the s’mores frap we just don’t have the marshmallow syrup.

I haven't been telling people about that either recently. I just don't have the time nor the patience right now.
I have completely given up of the people who order the caramel macchiato, upside down, with no caramel drizzle, and an extra pump of vanilla.

I feel like people who order drinks and customize it into another drink already on the menu hate me.
My favorite so far is the Black Ice Coffee that slowly transformed into the Salted Sweet Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew.

That and the caramel ribbon being added as "core" beverages was ridiculous. I have to hold my tongue and not say how stupid someone is for buying such a ripoff of a frap.

Interesting. We have been telling people we had that as a seasonal beverage at our store and offer to make the java chip instead. I wonder why some stores still do them?
