ello! i had an interview two days ago and i’m just anticipating for a phone call. how long did it take for you to get the call or were most of you just hired in the spot ;-;

I was hired on the spot during my interview but I know it just depends on how desperately the store needs partners...don’t stress, the fact you even got an interview is a good sign!

Like a week or 2 for me but it was probably because I had experienced from a license store

License stores are basically one company give another store their permission to use manufacture it’s product for a specified payment. So like a grocery store/target with a Starbucks or an airport with a starbucks

For me it basically on the spot, but I was hired for a brand new store so there’s that.

for me it took a week or two until i got called back for on boarding and then another 2 weeks to start so the schedule could be made. i think it really just depends on the store.
