Sometimes people get Grande in a venti cup for the extra room, to add cream and other stuff like that. And that leads to those options such as cup size to be in the mobile ordering, and sometimes people get confused and just enter it in lol

Or two different milks.. what’s the point? And results in awful combos like a half almond milk half heavy cream cappuccino. There’s no way to foam that decently, especially for a cappuccino. 🤢

I have a regular that gets 12 agave in his gr. dark everyday. The day we didn't have agave he asked for honey.

We have a regular who gets 10 packets of sugar in their venti latte. I can’t help but groan every time I have to stand there counting out those damn sugar packets and angrily opening them. He always comes in DT when it’s super busy and gets not 1 but 2 of these lattes. Throws me right off each time.
