I'm not sure how one would find out, but they are listed on Starbucks' official website when you search by zip code.

Super weird. Every store I know let’s you have unnatural hair color, tattoos, and they recently updated dress code to allow 1 facial piercing (you were allowed a nose stud before that though).

It makes me think they might just be copy and pasting something that they have been using for years to this random job listing site. I wonder how many potential candidates it deters.

It just cant be semi permanent i think, like if its unnatural get it done at a salon then for sure its acceptable (ive had mine blue/green, and purple, had been dying my hair an auburn color for 6 years prior)

Is this qualification listed on the official Starbucks application/website or is it just listed on some job board website? Because it’s most definitely not true.

Different website. It's what comes up first when Googling nearby jobs, so many people must see it and be misled to believe it's legit. I can't help but wonder if whoever posted intentionally left that bit in or if it's just an oversight using extremely outdated information.

If it's not the Starbucks Taleo website then it is a licensed location.

They have a posting there as well, just with everything worded differently.

Starbucks can place ads on places like indeed but it will always link to the Taleo page since we use that application to on broad you if hired.
Our mission is to provide everyone with access to large- scale community websites for the good of humanity. Without ads, without tracking, without greed.
