hey guys I’ve been working at sbux since sept 23. I know the ins audit was yesterday for Illinois. I just never got a letter to enroll. How do I get ins? Do I have to wait till the next enrolling period?

My guess is you haven’t worked enough hours to qualify yet. Once you do you’ll get a separate enrollment. The eligibility was for partners who have already been eligible in the past 6 months. You’d basically need to work 40 hours a week for 3 straight months to be eligible and then you’re not eligible till the first of the next month when you hit your hours.

IIRC it is 240 hours in the first 3 months to qualify. That does not equal 40 hours per week.
Edit: It is 240 hours in 3 consecutive calendar months to qualify.

Go onto mysbuxben and check if you have an enrollment period open from your initial eligibility. Audits don’t mean that it’s an enrollment period, the audits are twice a year, but enrollment is once a year in August. Call the benefits center if you have questions too!

I started 8/13 and was eligible to enroll 12/1 and insurance was effective 1/1. If you average 20+ hours a week sounds like you’ll get a notice soon!
