Close the window between stages of customer interaction, and tell the manager that at least one customer has acted in a way that made you feel uncomfortable, and that measures should be taken to prevent a future repeat.

People just take photos of me while I’m on reg. I have NO IDEA why they do, but they’ll try to be slick and like they’re on their phone, but orient it vertical — I know what you’re doing, customers. I hope they’re just posting “at Starbucks” on Snapchat or something, but STILL. I never call them out on it, since I know they’ll just deny it since I can’t see their screen.
This just seems straight malicious, though. :/ Trying to get some sort of shocked reaction out of you...was it TikTok, maybe?

That’s super inappropriate, I wish it wasn’t as common as it is. Customers have taken photos of my coworkers asses, and I honestly don’t see how they think in any way that’s appropriate. We have one regular we just call “creepy guy,” and one day after he took photos of two of my female coworkers a male coworker confronted him and essentially told him that if he wants to continue coming here, he needs to stop taking photos and staring at the baristas because it’s making them extremely uncomfortable.
If it happens again, note what they look like and try and get their name if you can. Tell a SSV or above, so that way they’re aware of it if it does escalate.
