So I was lucky in that my store now was extremely welcoming when I came. But I remembered that I came with my own ideals of how to do things bc my first store was everything to me. I think honestly just sit back and observe the way things are and let the partners who’ve been there guide you through. If they’re especially willing, talk to them and ask a lot of questions and ask for help. Best of luck.
