First off congrats.
Second, changes made by corporate will start affecting you more and you will feel the changes. It’s a different skill sets and a whole different world. I would say there are a lot more admin tasks and much less customer facing.
Third, you are the ultimate shield on your shift. The last line of defense for your baristas with customers issues/complaints. The most knowledgeable. The one people go to for answers.
