She mostly was a bad shift like doing stuff like taking 30 min 10s, talking shit about another shift because she was like 18, leaving us to take a half during peak or happy hour, she also closed so slow not about having her in management

Try having one of your really rude regulars pull up to the drive thru after 10, and wait and wait and wait. And then proceed to say 'fucking assholes' and then drives away all while all of you still have head sets on. If i could ban that shit head I would.

Someone called one night and asked if we had any more sous vids left. I said yes but we're we're going to be closed in seven minutes. She asked, “I'm at x and x intersection. Will I make it?” I told her I didn't know cause I didn't know how fast she was driving. She made it with a minute so spare. 🙄

My SM doesn't allow this. We turn one off a few hours before close but the other must stay on until we actually close.

Oh we only have one but even then the latest it's on is 30 before close it needs to chill before we clean it how else do you guys make it out before 30mins after
