Ok so I transferred to a different store due to hours and just a toxic environment so my new SM told me if I wanted more hours I need to be better at bar or else she will only give me a few hours if all I’m doing is register and CS,, I was like umm ok ..is that normal? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I seen a lot of managers do stuff like this. Even after you improve they look for something ells for you to work on/ complain about, so they never give you more hours.
Try asking them parking rules/responsibilities for each position. Ask to see the paper explain each positions job requirements.
Most the time they are asking their partners to accomplish to many tasks.

This doesn’t sound right? If she wants you to be better at bar I’d ask for more bar time or to be retrained. You should’ve been trained correctly from the beginning and gotten enough time at each position to be well rounded enough. That’s not your fault if you’re not as fast on bar and as far as I know hours aren’t scheduled based on how fast you are at making drinks. I’d discuss this with your SM again and if you’re not comfortable or satisfied with her response, reach out to your DM

Ok thanks Yeah my other store I was trained 1 week then off and on but the problem at my old store was that the same people always did bar because they didn’t want to do anything else so it was hard for me learn and when I was on bar it wants t for that long and I’m 4 months thank you 🙏

Im only a SS but I had a partner in my store with the same problem. She was always upfront. One day she came to me and said “I wish I could be on bar like the others” i felt terrible because if I was running the shift I was guilty of always putting her front too. So i double barred with her all the time and trained her while on bar. Now she’s a pro! Your success is your managers report card. It was definitely a growing point for me as a leader.
