So im broke im a college student, had no money gf dumped me.. barely making a living but sbux saved me. The free spotify was amazing! I kept caffeinated and alert with the free pound of the uncut stuff (komodo d r) and using the Hobart to clean my laundry during clean play! I couldn’t ask for anything more! Thanks to sbux i have saved so much money too and the benefits are amazing. Sometimes though it can get overwhelming but the pro’s always outdo the cons!

I ended up losing most of the motivation I had in working at Starbucks after that. It really fucked with me.

Im a liscencee but have been telling my partner to go to the standalone because ive heard there are trans benefits. Id love to know the truth.

What was your experience with trans healthcare benefits? I think in the US they’re required to be covered.

They're not covered in Canada, aside from what is covered under standard care.

True thanks yeah tbh it did mess me up pretty badly 'cause that was a big part of me even thinking about working at Starbucks. Felt like I was deceived and nobody I worked really had an opinion on the matter when I told them what was up. I still can't afford laser now even though I'm over a year into taking meds bah.
Actually I think I'm only now realising how much that whole thing fucked with me. I struggled to stay motivated at that job after that and got my hours cut and eventually was fired lol.

I literally just said this today on my Snapchat. The benefits we get are great, I love Spotify, free coffee, etc. but you know what would benefit partners more? Being fairly compensated. With money. I don’t want an app or training about how to deal with depression. I want money to pay for a fucking therapist. And while we’re at it, better/cheaper insurance.

It was a troll post, but i feel that, i applied for other barista jobs nearby cause $10 and for how crazy it can get makes no sense, im pretty sure my store (considering most transactions are above $10 makes minimum $2000 a day ON a slow day
