I have a regular customer who orders a grande americano everyday. She doesn’t list any modifications but she expects us to make her drink as a grande americano with extra room light splash of steamed half and half, light water, and light foam. And if we don’t make it that exact way she gets furious and screams at us and our manager. She even said that one of our best shifts doesn’t deserve his job or his position because he couldn’t make her complicated drink that she didn’t tell us how to make in the first place. There’s only a few of us that know how to make her drink but I don’t understand the entitlement of her thinking that everyone should just already know what she wants without her specifying.

someone got a venti dragon drink but made with heavy cream, 4 pumps cream frap base, blended. it looked like pepto bismol but it was genuinely sooooo good!!!

Used to have a lady get 12 pumps of vanilla in her latte 🤮 she was so sweet but man that sounded sickening! And she used to get it every day lol

Had a guy once get a banana blended into his caramel frap, it actually tasted really good

I have this one couple who comes in multiple times a day and order two venti matcha tea lattes, 7 scoops of matcha, 7 pumps of liquid cane sugar, extra hot, nonfat, no foam. The worst part is that if there is even the tiniest bit of foam they will come back and tell us to remake it. Such a headache

venti java chip frap, decaf shots, nonfat milk, peppermint syrup, half a pump of toffee nut syrup, caramel drizzle in the cup, double blended, light whip with both caramel and mocha drizzle on top. twice a day. too much whip, it gets sent back for a remake. not enough drizzle in the cup, remake. can’t taste the toffee nut, remake. too many or too little java chips... you guessed it. remake.

on god this is real. a venti vanilla latte with 16 sugars. one for her, one for her husband every time DURING PEAK. whenever she comes thru we have cs stop what they’re doing and just pre open 32 sugar packets for the poor soul thats on bar

My favorite regular gets a quad mocha frap sub skinny mocha almond milk light ice double blended and we put it in a trenta. I adore her but her drink smells like farts

My question is how the hell do some of these regulars get to these concoctions. Are they striving for diabetes or heart failure?!

I feel irritating when I ask for a skinny latte extra hot..

Theres a regular who orders a venti vanilla bean frappe no modifications but will stand over the syrup rack staring at you until you get to her drink and then will ask for 10 pumps of white mocha every time, never at the register. Honesty shes nice just...why

becky gets a venti iced caramel "mochiattah" with extra caramel drizzle on the sides and top of the cup, and extra ice. if the caramel drizzle falls to the bottom of the cup, or if there isn't a fuckton of ice with a splash of milk, she makes you remake it.

A venti triple blonde latte with 10 scoops of vanilla bean steamed into the milk, extra caramel drizzle and whip.

Venti decaf 5 ristretto shot, iced latte, upside down with 5 pumps of SV vanilla, non-fat milk and light ice.

This goes against every recipe I learned and she orders it every day, multiple times a day.

I have a woman who comes in and gets a venti white mocha. 11 pumps wm, 5 pumps classic, STIRRED! I've never had the urge to try it but I imagine it tastes like a sugar bomb.

Venti caramel macchiato EXTRA caramel drizzle, white mocha, 7 equals, 6 splenda, toffee nut, and vanilla bean powder with whip.

There's also a lady who orders a skinny mocha with like every single topping we can do on top. The label will say extra cinnamon dolce, extra pumpkin spice topping, extra salt topping, extra caramel drizzle, extra mocha drizzle, extra cascara topping, and then there's another one I'm forgetting.

Venti iced matcha green tea latte with 16 scoops of matcha along with two more consisting of 14 and 10 scoops of matcha 🙃

I have a regular who gets a tall iced coffee in a venti cup, 6 pumps vanilla, 6 pumps white mocha, light heavy cream, extra coconut milk, coffee base, and double blended. Makes me want to strangle myself.
