Can I be honest (and I don’t mean to sound like a corporate spy) but I frickin’ love my job. I love my coworkers and our regulars and I have had really bad work experience in the past and this is just like a breath of fresh air. Sure, the pay isn’t great and happy hours SUCK (like seriously who thought that was a good idea) and labor cuts are kicking me in the ass but I love going into work. Obviously my experience doesn’t mirror everyone else’s and I truly am sorry for people who do not get along with their coworkers/manager I don’t know how I would do this job if I didn’t.
