My manager yells at a lot of the partners and gets mad very easily over little things. I’ve already been lectured twice since starting my shift at 6 AM and yelled at twice for things that I can’t control.

I’ve debated taking this up with the DM cause it’s toxic as hell. She also asks us to do extra cleaning instead of doing a clean play. You heard me right, not only were our hours cut, but we have to do more work in a smaller time frame.

Anyways thanks for listening I’m on my 30 min break right now and I’ve spent it so far just sitting in my misery.

One of the things that seriously annoys me: Being yelled at/reprimanded for things I can't control. To me, that is a huge no-no. Like, I can understand your being pissed off, but your issue is not with me. Good managers and SSVs understand this.

Take it to the partner contact center and say you’d like to remain anonymous.

They really arn't though. Most surveys and stuff like that its pretty easy for a smart SM to figure out who is who. Was told by my SM about DM complains from other stores/partners.

Cutting clean play is something that a DM needs to be aware of. If you're not getting some of that cleaning done you could be shutdown by at your next health department inspection. I would write in the clean play section of the book a note to say that this cleaning is not happening because it has not been scheduled.
