That's the meat of the rant. We had an guy who picked up the job quickly, very charming with customers, and very smart making for great conversations. He couldn't renew his visa so yeah, he's gone. This is the second time this has happened since the summer.

I'm a US partner; so yeah, I know why it's happening but it just sucks.
