Keep your hand in a neutral position, keep your elbow curved a decent amount and use your arm strength to pump. Also keep your back straight just in general

I don't know if it's our pump or just how thick the butterscotch is, but I find myself having to really put my body into it :( majority of us in our store aren't exactly the tallest of people too so slight disadvantage there 😂
