I love when customers laugh at human mistakes. I had a girl order something and messed up the words and we both kind of chuckled and then I immediately did the same thing and she goes, “HAH! Now we BOTH messed up!!!! We are EVEN!” And I was so taken aback and delighted by her silliness, it still makes my day a month later.

Whenever someone asks if they can add something on after they pay I always say "absolutely not it's way too late" and then say I'm kidding and it hasn't gotten a bad reaction yet.

I had a customer ask for a white mocha yesterday, and when I reached fur a hot cup he quickly clarified he meant iced. I said "how rude" in a silly haughty voice as I put the cup back and grabbed ab iced one instead and he laughed at me. I love customers with a sense of humor.
