The newly appointed someone w Starbucks (sorry I really don’t know, could be a Michigan thing or a whole country Sbux thing) is coming to our store and everyone is really nervous which in turn makes ME really nervous and I’m just... nervous. I’ve really only been here for a month-ish and I don’t want to be the reason we give a bad impression

Your talking about Dennis's replacement. Dennis took time out to work on development in another part of the company and his replacement is coming to town. He is the regional managers boss. Nothing to fear the big wigs like to stop in and see how things are going. It give the regional manager and our dms a chance to meet him and talk. My experience with these types of visits have always been positive. Just introduce yourself if you have the chance and remember the company you work for.

Your a newhire and if blamed upon anything then you were not properly trained and if they state anything to you be honest upon your skillset to training and then question how it should be done so it could be corrected, they won't have a response unless they are dedicated themselves.

So it’s some CEO of Starbucks or something? I’m really not sure who he is. I wasn’t told by my boss, I was kinda being nosy and overheard him telling a coworker, and I asked about it and he told me something kinda vague. I can’t remember the man’s position
