Store Manger changed my availability. (self.starbucksbaristas)

So my store manger changed my availability without asking me or without me submitting a request. Furthermore she also did it when I was on vacation also she we discussed early that I couldn’t work that day and she told me to submit a request last year which she approved. So my question is what should I do and what can I do?
Side note- She is our temporary store manger since our is on a leave.

First step is usually to talk to the SM to figure out what's going on from her perspective. Did she forget? not care? schedule you when she knew you weren't available? your next step depends on what she says.
If you can't resolve it by talking to her then talk to the DM or partner resources. (if you do partner resources it could take several weeks to see any followup.)
