It's ridiculous. Had an ex barista order a grande nitro in a venti cup with extra ice. Dude, just get a cold brew at that point, but he didn't care that he was spending extra money.

We got spoiled making our free drinks the way we like them best. Then we end employment and pay $7-8 for our drinks from this day forward. Don't hate us, pity us. We are ridiculous.

Yeah, but when I get yelled at while on on lobby connect in the middle of peak, doesn’t give him the right to literally scream across the lobby “WRONG” as I literally just am handing out the drink. No right at all no matter how much y’all pay.

I did this and nice because someone tried to make my salted cold foam cold brew with whole milk and salt lol. I just wanted what I paid for but boiii they got mad and told me I was wrong. Did they change the recipe? I said it nicely 🤷🏼♀️

No they didn’t. Some people are just stuck in their ways.. I personally will just remake butterscotch lattes if someone points out they shouldn’t come with whip because our SM is adamant that they do have whip

Don't you guys have giant pictures of the lattes for your menu board? You can see that it doesn't have whip on top.

But that’s completely different. If my drink is wrong I’ll say something. But when I get yelled at when I didn’t make the drink and just literally called it out. All because a green bean put whip on it.

Honestly, the most annoying customers are always former baristas. They get all high and mighty bc they used to work here but had enough pride to quit in their minds. Like really? Fuck off. Starbucks isn't perfect 100% but don't look down on the people stuck in the mire? Have a little compassion and dont be an annoying little prick

Yes. It’s the center of our menu board but our SM still reminds everyone that they come with whip so if I’m on register I always make sure to ask guests what their opinion on whip is

lol. Smoked butterscotch doesn't come with whip. It's on the beverage card and the recipe on the order screen that it only gets the topping (no whip)
