I should keep studying but I feel like this experience should be shared. I've worked at Starbucks for almost a whole year now and the kind of costumers I really have a hard time serving are people who are OVERLY picky about their foam. I try my best and never complain, I keep it calm and just politely remake it. However, this witch literally was so rude her kids even walked away from the situation. She had asked for a grande white mocha, no foam, at 180 degrees. So I made sure to leave some room at the top for the whip and I put the drink down on the counter. I bent down to grab the whip and when I got back up, the drink was suddenly in her hands. Before I could tell her I wasn't finished she moves it up and down then moves it close to my face and says "I'm sorry I didn't ask for air!" I was so surprised I kinda didn't know how to reply, all I could say was "I made sure there wasn't any foam thats just room for whip." Then this bitch fucking repeated herself saying its air and telling me to remake. During that exchange her kids fucking dipped and went to the other side of the store while this owl lady is staring me down to my soul. Those 2 minutes was the most embarrassing and frustrating time I had working there in a while. Even after I made her drink she fucking was holding it and moving it around then left without a thank you. All I can say is costumer service isn't always a bitch, theres lots of good moments and good people. You just have to put up with the few assholes you have a day or week.
