Just a curious question, I’m wondering how long will these labor cuts last?? And are they only for holidays? Because I’m almost hitting one year at the bux.

I think that you need to talk to someone in a higher position than us baristas (SM, DM, maybe even corporate lol). I’m totally feeling the cuts too. I’ve been running myself ragged covering people in order to make decent hours

Trust me, us SMs don't know either. I promise you that we aren't cutting your hours intentionally. I've had to resort to giving my partners 4-5 hour shifts so if we do have a call out it's been easier to extend or find coverage AND we don't feel understaffed because we'll at least have some overlaps.

Only got 12 hours this week.. was consistently at 25 to 30 previously. 😢
