A Karen came in today. I rang up her cappuccino that she did not want “dry” but not “wet” ... so we made it normally. She then proceeded to tell me we made it wrong. And kept asking me how she should order it to get what she wants. I didn’t know what to do so I ran to the back because I felt like she was blaming me for the cappuccino... that we made correctly. Thankfully my coworkers tried to make it right for her but she ended up getting a refund after we made her drink exactly how she told us to make it. In Karen fashion, she told us it was wrong again and then went to a different store because “they know how to make it.”
