I've been at Starbucks for about 6 years. Getting ready for my 5th transfer (some were shorter than others I average a year and a half at a store). Hopefully it will be my last since I'm hoping to grab a career more suited to my goals by 2022!

I’m about to hit 4 years & have had 3 different home stores! The one i got hired at, transferred out after 1.5 years bc of a crappy manager, and then got promoted at my second store and transferred out to help open up a brand new store & train all the new shifts/baristas! We’ve been open for almost a year and a half now ☺️

I’ve been with the company for 6 1/2 years and I’m on my 8th transfer, and worked two different countries total.

once! was hired in high school and transferred to one near my college! i used to cover at hella stores when i had a car tho!
