I personally passed my resume in one of their stores and got a call a week after I passed it. I got interviewed by the store manager and it went well. She told me that they will call me if I'm gonna be having a final interview with the district manager. The day after, I got a message, telling me to come to their store for the final interview. I got interviewed by the district manager and it went well too. We talked about shifts and uniforms... After the interview, she said that the hr main office will call me if I passed.
I'm just wondering if there's a hugh possibility that I'm gonna get in the job?

Did you interview for a shift supervisor position? I’ve never heard of a barista interviewing with the district manager

This whole process sounds strange. Store managers own the decision about hiring baristas and supervisors. District managers typically only get involved in hiring store managers.

I just got done with my second interview for a barista position -- I'm currently undergoing the background check. I would say it's looking pretty positive! Best of luck!

If they're doing the background check and you already know you don't have something that may hinder your eligibility for hire, then you basically have the job
