So I went through the application process and they hired me but it’s been about a week since I submitted my background check how much longer am I waiting or are they just not hiring me at this point? I haven’t been contacted or anything so what should I do.

Go up to the store and ask. Maybe the store manager is on vacation or something or they're idiots. Best to just go up and check

I think mine took a while too, you should just go in or call and ask when the store manager will be there and go in then.

It takes about a week for it to process. Mine was done in that time frame and then when I logged back into the site that I did the BC for, it said it would email the store with the results. However, I called the store a day after that message in case they didn’t get any email. Turned out, the store didn’t know it was finished so my call actually helped expedite the situation!

I called and they said she’s on “vacation” so idk, did they contact you and tell you when you come in and start or what do i do? I’m so confused

So after the background check was completed is when the SM told me when I would come in for training. Whenever your background check comes in is when the manager will give you that info, but by the sound of it you may be waiting for a bit. :( If you made it this far, I’m sure you have the job though!

I called them after my background check.
