I’ve been with Sbux for about a month now, but today is my first day working Happy Hour. I’d say I’m used to peak at this point, but I’ve heard that HH is much worse. Any tips for getting through it? Thanks friends! ☺️💚

I'm always amazed at the amount of people coming in (with friends) that DON'T know about happy hour. Make sure to never ever accidentally mention the option to them. Hahaha... But no seriously, then it becomes a whole tech support job showing them how to get the app and create an account, etc.... All while your line is getting longer and longer...

Oh okay, I didn’t know if I would get in trouble for not up selling or anything like that. Or if customers would get mad if we didn’t tell them about it. I’m pretty sure I’ll be on register so I just wanted to get an idea of how to handle it. Thanks for the advice! ☺️
