I work at a kiosk in a grocery store and we are really understaffed. When I say we are understaffed we have 4 employees and 3 of them are part time. The only full time worker is the manager. I can only work so much because I am in school. We started closing at 5:00 4 days a week because my manager was working a lot of 14 hour shifts. So last night I am closing at 5:00 and even though we have been doing this for a while people still have not caught on. I was coming back from my pull and I see a few people in line. Normally I would walk up and tell them we are closed but I recently had a situation where a guy tried throwing something at me for closing early. So I took of my apron walked into the break room and hid out for a couple of minutes. When I came out of the break room I dated everything as fast as possible and dipped. It has been months and customers still don’t understand that we can’t run the kiosk with 4 employees lol
