I can’t tell what’s worse: the fact that they asked for an upside down caramel macchiato (so just a caramel vanilla latte?) or they asked for half-almond milk, half breve (what’s the point?)

I told a customer that ordered an upside down CM “oh, so you want a vanilla latte with caramel cross hatch?” She replied ,” no, it’s not the same, I used to be a barista”. Makes me want to start with caramel cross hatch, add espresso then steamed milk and top with vanilla syrup!!

Sounds like a risky move. What if you spill while trying to pump vanilla into the full cup? You might burn your hand!

No... just pump that vanilla in a sample cup and pour it over top. I’m SO tired of all these Karen’s!!!

i asked a customer why once and she said it makes the almond milk less thick??? i was just like... okaaaay
