As for a cheat sheet, every single store I’ve worked in has been different. Customer flow can totally impact routine.

A good place to start is review the training activities (on the hub if your trainer didn’t give you a copy), and leverage the heck out of your ops cards. Restock will make sure you aren’t running low on anything at the end of the night and the cards have everything else that your baristas need to do, and that you as play caller needs to do.

I felt the same way on my first close as an SSV.... and I was scheduled during happy hour. I literally went home and cried. I felt the same way... like my manager expected me to know a bunch of things because I have been a barista for a while. I was totally lost. It gets better. I got a notebook and gathered all my notes for opening and closing and keep it at work to reference when I need help or forget how to do something. Feel free to msg me about anything!
