How to get stickers to print the number of pumps of vanilla instead of just “vanilla” (self.starbucksbaristas)

This happens a lot and I can never figure out how to fix it. For example:
Someone orders a latte with 5 pumps of vanilla. If I click “vanilla” then “pumps” and enter in “5” it doesn’t show up on the sticker? I’ve tried it backwards too and still can’t get it to work.
It’s frustrating because then I have to go over to bar and make sure I write it on the sticker or tell the barista and none of us can remember that when it’s busy.
How do I fix it?

If you’re putting vanilla in a venti hot latte it comes with 5 pumps so it won’t print it out since that’s standard

A venti has 5 pumps?!!?!! WHAT. I thought it was tall-2 grande- 3 venti-4 for all syrups? Then an extra pump and shot if it’s iced

Wow haha that’s not good. For hot it’s short-2 tall-3 grande-4 venti-5 and for iced it’s tall-3 grande-4 and venti-6 and trenta-7

Also for shots for hot it’s short-1 tall-1 grande-2 venti-2 and for iced it’s tall-1 grande-2 venti-3
