Questions about EAP/therapy benefits (self.starbucksbaristas)

Does Starbucks still offer 6 free sessions with a therapist? And has anyone had success with it? I want to start looking into it but want to know if it's actually worth it.

I called the therapist number once and had a long talk with the person and they arranged for me to have an appointment. Unfortunately I got fired a few days later so I never got to follow up on it. But yeah aside from a lot of super personal questions and unsolicited advice from the person on the phone, it was pretty easy to set up.
