Oh geez we just started the mobile ordering. Help lol (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi all. We are a licensed store on a college campus. We do thousands of drinks a day. What do you do if an order isn’t picked up and of course it was paid for with their meal plan. They came in 2hours later than they should have. The manager said they had to pay for them again. What do you all do in that circumstance? I can see this will probably happen a few times a day.

The best is when my store is on Woodruffe Ave.... at the corner of Baseline...

The amount of mobiles that walk in but ordered get for the baseline store (about 2km) down the road...

Use the map Karen!

Or we are called College Square.... beside a college... the campus store is a licensed... so no no reward redemption there ... or mobiles..

I know you didn’t mobile to the right store...

We’ve had Mobile for a few years now.. it’s not that bad in the grand scheme of things... I use it all the time at the mall...

Seeing what some people order though 🤢 I regularly take photos of the stickers to shame them later with other baristas 😏
