So I recently got promoted this past September and atleast in my store my SM wanted to see that we as shifts are, extremely engaging, coach partners around us to make sure we're all up to starbucks standards, also have examples pre set in your mind of examples of coaching, examples of exemplary customer connections, and anything that shows that you have the ability and or talent to lead a team under STRESSFUL situations
