I was so close to text fighting the closers from last night. Why did you think it be a good idea to 1) not tie the trash bags closed and 2) put them open side down in the trash bin.
Someone (ME) has to clean that shit at 7 am the next day. Do you know how hard it is the get coffee grinds and masticated pumpkin breads out of a trash can? Now I do.
Any similar experiences?

Yea I open regularly, I can definitely relate to struggling due to a shit close. Dirty bars, nothing being restocked, pastry case missing stuff, no carafes or whips prepared, etc... Picking up other people's slack or cleaning up after their unnecessary bullshit is absolutely infuriating, especially early in the morning.
