My SM just prints out a certificate, writes the partners name on it and posts it on a fridge. Every quarter I try to tell him to do something to make it special, but it's the same ho-hum nothing to see here kind of thing. What does your SM do?

My sm printed out the certificate and had a giant cupcake for the partner who probably didn’t eat it because they’re vegan but it’s the thought that counts I guess. The poq before that went to a dinner

My SM gets them a certificate usually framed, and then personalizes a nice gift that she knows the person will love. She always gets it right, too.

I got a pin, certificate, and a bag of Starbucks branded merchandise. My SM is also ordering a shirt for me. He is the best!

When I won I got a text with a picture of the certificate and then he left it in the cupboard for me to pick up.

The POQ gets the pin and a certificate and that's about it. They don't make any kind of deal about POQ: I didn't even know votes were open and I was borrowed to another store during voting being open anyway...

I wasn’t a partner yet, but the last POQ apparently didn’t know she got it. She went to the back and saw the certificate. She asked the SM, and he was like oh yeah you won lol and did nothing
