I went into a Starbucks that I don’t work at and gave them my partner number for my 30% off and she gave me my whole order free like I was working? Should I have clarified or did she just mess up?

Whenever this happens to me I just take it honestly. I’ve always found it really hard and unnecessary to try and reverse it when you press partner beverage instead of partner discount

Technically against policy, but usually not that big of a deal. Whenever I'm not in my store I always remind them which one to do, especially newer partners often aren't sure which button press.

Okay I really wasn’t sure. I’m a super green bean and didn’t want to correct her and was confused about the whole transaction tbh.
