What’s your understanding of why? I believe my store was auto shipped holiday sample cups, both hot and cold. Shoulda been everywhere.

You should be entitled to no, encouraged to, make samples of anything and hand them out in the lobby. Cold or hot alike. Especially when we enter a new period with new drinks. Anytime a new drink launches, every partner is expected to make the drink for practice before launch day, this is the perfect time to take the practice beverage, make samples, and delight customers while having fun connecting. Morning peaks are usually not the ideal time but in the other day parts there’s always opportunity to make drink samples and pass them out in store, even with a food pairing!!

whenever i give a small dog a puppacino in a sample cup, i tell the customers that i want to give them the right size for their pup. it still has the starbucks logo on it and they always seem delighted. but if there’s a big doggo, i’ll definitely give them a short cup. my dog has had some issues with eating too much unhealthy human food in the past and i don’t want to be responsible for an itty bitty pup getting sick because they had too much whip than their stomachs can handle
