my sm is so squirrelly. everything will be going fine, then as soon as he steps on to the floor everyone gets stressed. today and last Saturday have each been just awful shifts. I opened with two other guys and everything was awesome. we were doing what we're supposed to, getting stuff done but still being able to joke around. everything's running smooth. sm comes in half an hour before peak, isn't even the shift, and starts changing the deployment. we get a little busier, but also have some more partners come in (which is another thing: he always schedules 7, 8, even 9 people to be on the floor when he's in the store, but if he doesn't work that day we have no one). but, he's squirrelly and freaking out and jumping around to every station. the two guys who opened with me leave, then we get hit with another rush. so, now we're even more stressed, he's still squirrelly and panicky, I'm McFreakin losing it. I walk out the literal second my shift is done. I am beyond exhausted with him, all the partners are. I completely shut down on the couch when I got home.
