At my store we usually have 3 people to open. One is a shift so they’re doing their responsibilities. Between the other two one does the display case and the other does whatever else. I’ve gotten pretty good at doing everything in 30 min so I’m usually doing all the other stuff. My process is I start two iced coffees off first thing, then start cycling the bars, putting in beans, then ice. By that point the iced coffees are done so I take care of them and then start on hot coffees. I start the first two then grind beans for the second two so they’re ready to go. Then I start brewing the teas and once the first hot coffees are done, I start the next two. By that point it’s about time to open

I do the case first, then at my store I do the backup iced teas, sometimes I do the iced coffee, I check and make sure the sandwiches and the RTD stuff are full, and then I kinda just check for whatever else
