So its Superbowl Sunday, I'm on bar, and this mobile order comes through, and the name is "Go Chiefs." This person arrived, I asked them if they were ready for the big game, and they told me they were "pumped up!" and "ready to go." Then they proceded to tell me they were the biggest fan in the world, and that they would cheer for World War III before they ever thought about the 49ers. After that, I was kind of taken back and just said, "wow, you are a big fan" and wished them good luck. After they left, my SSV looked at me and said, "Did they just say what I think they said?
Have you had any encounters where you are just taken back by the response?

It wasn’t at Starbucks, but i was working Drive thru at McDonald’s and I said to the customer “what can I get for you” and she replied “a fucking gun to kill myself”
